A Medical Spa offers relaxation, rejuvenation and usual pampering spa services combined with health and wellness treatments under the direction of a medical doctor or health practitioner. It usually includes medical services such as nutritionist, sports medicine, physical therapy, nursing practitioners, etc. Their formula combines common spa services such as facials or massages with additional health therapies and health treatments, including Botox, laser hair removal, to detox or weight loss treatments. Services may go from a simple massage to a diabetes treatment for instance.
