Real Estate Spas

Most spa users are looking for indulgence experiences to improve the quality of life. But some of them are trying to do in a luxury and unique way.

Real estate developers got the message and the results is here: every month new real estate projects are adding spas to new real estate developments. Somebody call it the Spa Lifestyle Real Estate, while others call simply spadominium. A Connoisseur spa, a day spa or a Spa Lifestyle Real State are the usual options.

The fact is that real estate developers are adding spas as more and more people are searching for health, beauty, and wellness. And there are different options to choose, such as condo hotel resorts, villas, full ownership, fractional ownership or residence clubs. The new projects are creating luxury living complexes with a healthy lifestyle environment. Grand places to live healthy. Spa year around.

Canyon Ranch Living at Miami is an example. From aerobic classes to spa vacation packages, you find many spa treatments there. Miraval Living in Manhattan (on the Upper East Side), is another example, offering an olympic pool, nutritionists and meditation rooms.

The trend is to grow. Hundreds of real estate projects are being developed with a spa as the key element to attract visitors, and of course, investors.

At Aloe-Spa we see how the trend is going on. Right now we are cooperating into several developments into the U.S., Caribbean and South America to include Aloe-Spa facilities into real estate projects.
