The selected spas will offer some of their premium products and services at discount prices throughout DSS 2008, which opened on June 19 and will go on till August 22.

The inclusion of spas in the DSS itinerary will be an attractive addition to the endless shopping, winning, and family entertainment options during 65 days of summer festivities.

"The Spa Packages during DSS 2007 was a massive success as affirmed by the participating spa establishments and during DSS 2008 we aim to replicate that success and introduce new initiatives to promote Dubai as a growing global destination for spa tourism," said marketing manager of DSF Office Khulood Al Thani.

The DSS 2008 Spa Packages consists of a variety of therapies from around the world including the Swedish massage, Thai massage, aromatherapy, various facial treatments, ayurveda, reflexology, and contemporary healing remedies. The participating spas also offer visitors personalised packages combining various therapies.
